Below is a list of the Certificate request types that you can lodge online. Please select the required certificate type/s and click the Next button to continue. The Cost displayed for each certificate type applies to each property requested.

Certificate Request

Certificates which have been requested through Council's Online Services will be processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. It takes approximately 3-5 working days to issue a certificate*. Combined 735A & 121ZP will take approximately 5-10 working days for issue of certificate*.

Urgent certificates are processed within 24 hours during a business period for an additional cost*.

ePathway Certificate 10.7(2)	$69.02	Planning certificate that includes all the advice contained in the Basic Section 10.7(2) Certificate (Previous Section 149(2) Certificate).
ePathway Certificate 10.7(2&5)	$173.66	Planning certificate that includes all the advice contained in the Basic Section 10.7(2) Certificate (Previous Section 149(2) Certificate) plus Section 10.7(5) (Previous Section 149(5) Certificate) which provides advice on other relevant matters affecting the land.
Section Certificate 10.7 Urgency Fee Only	$120.00	Section 10.7 Urgency Fee must be accompanied by an order for a Section 10.7(2) Certificate or a Section 10.7(2&5) Certificate. This is a separate $120 urgency fee for processing of the certificate within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
ePathway 603 Certificate	$100.00	Outstanding Rates and Charges on a Property.
Section 603 Certificate Urgency Fee	$166.00	Select this option to receive an urgent Section 603 Certificate. Your certificate will be processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
ePathway 603 Certificate Copy/Reissue	$39.50	Select this option to submit a Copy/Reissue request of a Section 603.
Section 88G Certificate	$38.96	A certificate that details whether any amount is payable to Council or if any works have or is expected to be carried out by Council due to a covenant imposed on the title of a property.
Section 54 Certificates	$60.00	Section 54 Certificate details the property's classification of land.
Section 735A 121ZP Certificate	$186.90	Outstanding Notices and Orders Certificate is a combination of Section 735A Certificate Notices (Local Government Act, 1993) and Section 121ZP Certificate Notices and Orders (Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, 1979).
